Hi Dave,
We found a typo in the Glycam_04.prep files this
morning. (atom C2 in sialic acid should be CY, not a
CG) I have put the corrected version of it on chagall
and we were hoping that it could be corrected for the
CD release. Sorry about that :) . This has been a
learning process for all of us over in GA.
