AMBER: JAC on NCSA titan (Itanium 2 833MHZ)

Hi ambers,

I did a test JAC on NCSA titan cluster which is Itanium 2 833MHZ with
sander7 compliled with efc. I got 2.25s/step on one CPU, more than 2 times slower
than the benchmark 1.06/step. Did any one has the same expirence?
