AMBER: mm_pbsa rna/dna charges

Hi,
I'm using charges from amber force field (parm94) for
RNA for mm_pbsa. Does the mm_pbsa scripts scale the
charges it reads on from the file
my_amber94_delphi.crg? I added the charges taken from
all_nuc94.in
