Hi Pratul,
after a long break I did some runs on cheetah using AMBER. Unfortunately MD
stops always after a little more than 300ps, although I specified
about 50000ps.
At the beginning of the run I get the following error message:
ATTENTION: 0031-408 16 tasks allocated by LoadLeveler, continuing...
1525-090 The NAMELIST READ statement cannot be completed because an incorrect character was encountered in a NAMELIST group name or item name. The program will recover by discontinuing further processing of the READ statement.
But this doesn't seem to matter since it runs then for a while.
Does this ring a bell? Anyway thanks,
