I am a Ph.D. student in Purdue University. I have some specific
questions about using and purchasing AMBER. Can I get all the source
codes if I purchase AMBER? In which language? Does the software have
executable files? Can I call those functions from Matlab? How much is it
if I use it in my research? Would you please answer my questions? I
appreciate your help.
