Dear Amber users:
Does anybody have a working mm_pbsa script for Linux that would like to
share?.
I am using amber6 and I am particularly interested on the mm_pbsa script
found in
$HOME/amber6/src/mm_pbsa/EXAMPLE1. The first line of this script is !/bin/ksh.
I know I could run this script on my SGI OCTANE IRIX 6.5 but at the moment
I am
using it for other chores. Could I just change the first line to !/bin/bsh
or something
else has to be changed?. I want to run mm_pbsa on a Red Hat Linux 7.1.
