compiling amber: Machine file for new 64 bit HP-Itanium II CPU

I would like to ask if someone has this file:

Machine file for new 64 bit HP-Itanium II CPU

so that we can compile Amber 6.0 on this machine.

we have tried Machine.hp, Machine.f90 etc. files but didn't work.
