Hi,
I am trying to average coordinates of a trajectory using carnal
(amber7).
A carnal.com: 43310 Memory fault(coredump) error is produced but there
is no info in the output. The input file looks ok, and it did work in
amber6. Anybody else had this problem? (there is more than enough memory
on the SGI I am using...)
