Hi,

I am using rdparm to look at a parmtop file.
For example I am looking at the atoms in residue number 2.

RDPARM MENU: atoms :2
Mask [:2] represents 12 atoms
Number: Atom Charge Mass ( Residue ) Type Tree
    13: N -0.51630 14.0 ( 2:ASP ) N M
    14: H 0.29360 1.0 ( 2:ASP ) H E
    15: CA 0.03810 12.0 ( 2:ASP ) CT M
    16: HA 0.08800 1.0 ( 2:ASP ) H1 E
    17: CB -0.03030 12.0 ( 2:ASP ) CT 3
    18: HB2 -0.01220 1.0 ( 2:ASP ) HC E
    19: HB3 -0.01220 1.0 ( 2:ASP ) HC E
    20: CG 0.79940 12.0 ( 2:ASP ) C B
    21: OD1 -0.80140 16.0 ( 2:ASP ) O2 E
    22: OD2 -0.80140 16.0 ( 2:ASP ) O2 E
    23: C 0.53660 12.0 ( 2:ASP ) C M
    24: O -0.58190 16.0 ( 2:ASP ) O E

My question is what is the meaning of TREE and of the letters/numbers
underneath? In other cases the TREE info is BLA, what does that mean as
well? Is there some info on the web that I missed? (I looked in the e-mail
archive and could not find anything related).

Thank you,
Ioana
