If AMBER is executed on PC Cluster installed SCore(Ver.5.0.1),
how communication between PCs is executed?

Since I have not gotten parts of PC Cluster, I have not still built
environment of PC Cluster. So I am investigating about that on Web.
But I have not gotten about that in detail yet.
I guess like the following:
"output data after calculating"

[application's communication buffer in user addoress space]
|
|<memory copy>
|
[communication buffer in kernel addoress space]
and then, protocol processing is executed.
