Dear Dr. Case:
I was just wondering if the manuscript concerning the modified GB
model (p. 90 of the Amber7 manual, igb=2) will be appearing anywhere
soon? I need to run a lengthy simulation, and would like to use the
GB model that is best at reproducing explicit water/ion inclusion. I
don't wish to use the igb=2 option if there are problems with this
approach.
