Hi AMBER community,

I had the following problems compiling AMBER 7 on an alpha :

everything went fine (after having replaced "ccc" with "cc" in the
Machine file and commented out "ldnet_stub" related lines in the Imake
file). It compiled until roar where I got the following message :

  cd mop7mm; make mop7mm.a
make[2]: Entering directory `/usr/local/amber7/src/roar-2.1/mop7mm'
../../Compile L3 -P -DROAR_CP iter.F
cat iter.F | /lib/cpp -traditional -P -DROAR_CP -DAXP_OSF
-DHAS_FTN_ERFC > _iter_.f
fort -arch host -extend_source -convert big_endian -c -O5 -tune host
-fast -unroll 3 _iter_.f
f90: Error: _iter_.f, line 782: Syntax error, found IDENTIFIER 'C' when
expecting one of: <END-OF-STATEMENT> ;
       IF(UHF)THEN
          C

make[2]: *** [iter.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/amber7/src/roar-2.1/mop7mm'
make[1]: *** [mop7mm.a] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/amber7/src/roar-2.1'
make: *** [install] Error 2

The roar executable is present in the roar-2.1 directory but no
executable is in mop7mm directory.

Do you have any suggestions ?
Thanks a lot,
HAgop.
