Hi,
I know MOLDEN is free, and can visualization of normal modes from ab initio
calculations from GAUSSIAN , GAMESS, etc.
You can just rewrite the format of the output of vibration analysis from NMODE
to acustom to the format of MOLDEN input, then visualing the vibrations is
no problem.
