libcss for SP2

Hello,
        Can anyone send me the following three files...
1) /usr/lpp/poe/lib/ip/libcss.a,
2) /usr/lpp/ssp/css/libus/fs_ext.exp,
3) /usr/lpp/poe/lib/us/libcss.a
for compiling AMBER5 on SP2? I am stuck up with these and could not get
any further.
