Dear Amber users,
As everyone probably knows, the Amber server seems
to be down again. I was actually trying to look up the
MD input variables ntwx and ntwe in the online sander manual, since I am
doing a 50-ps run and set these at 25 but the output crd and en files are
empty. If I remember correctly, a step is 1 psec if nstlim=500 and
dt=0.002, so these output files should contain 2 entries for my 50-ps
heating run.
