Installing Amber6 on linux Mandrake7. Compiled usign
machine g77. Compile through leap.
Error message states on running tleap in exe dir:
ERROR- must define environment variableAMBERHOME.
Have tried,
set AMBERHOME=/home/usr/amber6
export AMBERHOME
I am not sure if I need to include $AMBERHOME instead
of AMBERHOME.
