Hi,
I have compiled gibbs (Amber5) on a IBM Power3 SP3.
However, when I run gibbs (both on 1 CPU and 4 CPU)
I got the following error messages:
ERROR: 0032-150 MPI is not initialized in MPI_Abort, task 0 ERROR:
0031-250 task 0: Terminated ERROR: 0032-150 MPI is not initialized in
MPI_Abort, task 0 ERROR: 0031-250 task 0: Terminated
and:
MPI version of gibbs is currently disabled. (??)
Compilation was successful (except for many subscripts out of bounds)
the only message I cannot understand, at the end of compilation, is:
1586-231 (E) Program entry point not found.
