hi... i am using nmode to calculate entropy of dna molecule. in the
minimization stage, i found there is a 4r d-d dielectric in sander module,
but in the nmode module i only found a r**2 d-d dielectric function. i would
like to know if nmode also has a 4r d-d dielectric. thank you very much...
