i am using nmode to do harmonic analysis of my dynamics result. my molecule
is not big only like 600 atoms, but when i run nmode, it keeps giving me the
error of not enough memory. it's like
Total memory required : 710038030 real words
Total memory avail : 3500000 real words
Total memory required : 246987 integer words
Total memory avail : 4000000 integer words
i don't understand why such a small molecule needs so many memory... thanks
for any help... frank
