if sander is accidentally terminated for some reason. is there any way to
continue running it, i mean, appending the traj at the previous traj file,
continue writiing output at the previous out file. or do i have to rewrite
an input to change the box size based on the current restrt file, and set up
another continous run for it. by the way, is there any way to combine two
traj file (which are continous) to one? thanks a lot... frank
