Hi,
I'm having a little difficulty understanding the syntax to add counterions
using Xleap. I'm trying to neutralise the charge of my protein (which is
+3) so all i want to do is add 3 Cl- atoms.
Could someone please advise me on the best way to do this and possibly
explain the syntax xLeap uses to add ions
