Dear all,

I'm trying to install "sander" code (version 4.1) on a Cray T3E machine.
Since there is not a specific MACHINE file for the t3e, I used the Machine.t3d
file replacing some lines (i.e. I substituted "setenv TARGET cray-t3d"
with "setenv TARGET cray-t3e", etc...).
But I did not manage to compile the program... when I try to compile it I
get the following message (just at the end of the compilation process):

 cld-404 cld: WARNING
The symbol `WALL' referenced in relocatable object `dpsander.o:SANDER' is not
 defined.
 cld-404 cld: WARNING
The symbol `NLSNLI' referenced in relocatable object `dpnmrred.o:NMRRED' is
 not defined.
 cld-404 cld: WARNING
The symbol `AMFLSH' referenced in relocatable object `dpdynlib.o:PRNTMD' is
 not defined.
 cld-404 cld: WARNING
The symbol `GETARG' referenced in relocatable object `mdfil.o:MDFIL' is not
 defined.
 cld-404 cld: WARNING
The symbol `AMDATE' referenced in relocatable object `dpmdread.o:MDREAD' is
 not defined.
 cld-431 cld: WARNING
The resulting output file `sander' is not executable because of previous
 WARNING messages.

I would really appreciate if you could please help me to understand what's
wrong and how I can fix it.
Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards,

                Cecilia Clementi
