Dear Amber Users:
While not exactly an amber question...I am trying to use NAB (4.0) to
build a triplex. There is a program written up in the manual (p 37-39)
that describes building a base triplet (which then gets assembled into a
triplex). Does anyone have experience using NAB for building a triplex
and if you do, could you send me what you input into the program
(positions, extent, granularity, etc for the ds base/triplet base,
etc.) Also, the program (program 5) gets to reading prmtop and
crashes. I don't know if this is a problem with the program or with the
values I input. Thanks.
