Large RMS deviations

Dear All,

Following up on an earlier question, regarding large RMS
deviations on performing an RMS per residue analysis. I need to
do an RMS per residue analysis on two systems, which are
identical except for one residue (a mutant). As the mutant
residue (streamid s1, parmid p1) has a different number of atoms
to the native (staticid t1, parmid p2) IS it possible to do an
RMS per residue analysis at all ? I have tried to choose the
group to only select the identical residues for RMS analysis (and
leave out the mutant residue) but this does not help.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

PS thanks to Filip Ryjacek for answering my previous query.
